The Disposable Endoscopic Ligation Device is a single-use endoscopic accessory for band ligation of esophageal varices. It mounts on the endoscope tip and uses negative-pressure suction to draw target tissue into a transparent cap, then releases natural rubber ligation bands with a rotating handle. No submucosal injection is required.

Key Features

Negative-pressure suction. The target tissue is drawn into the cap by suction before banding, so no submucosal injection is needed.

Transparent adsorption cap. The clear cap keeps the ligation area visible, which helps the operator place each band accurately.

Natural rubber ligation bands. The bands give strong, consistent tightening force for secure ligation.

Adjustable release handle. The handle supports single and bidirectional adjustable release, so the operator controls band deployment.

Multiple band counts. Configurations with 4, 5, 6, or 7 bands cover different procedure needs.

Intended Use
